La Fourchette de Rōze is a boutique hotel founded and owned by NYC based chef, Roze Traore, and his Côte d’Ivoire based family.

The hotel is located on the stunning beaches of Grand Bassam, Côte d’ Ivoire. A gem of West Africa known both for it’s unique history as the former capital and historic trading post, and now as an inviting resort town. 

The property features 6 grandly appointed guest rooms, with a variety of pool or ocean views, as well 13 beach bungalows. Additionally, we feature access to two on site restaurants curated by Rōze Traore.
